Home Caregivers
Completion of a recognized Home Support Worker or Institutional and Home Care Assistance training program.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and French.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Well-organized, dependable, and responsible.
Ability to work independently while demonstrating initiative.
Knowledge of safe client handling and transfer techniques.
Commitment to providing compassionate, respectful, and client-centered care.
Registered Nurses
Possession of a degree from a university, college or other approved program by the province
Registration in the Ordre des Infirmières et Infirmiers du Québec.
Completion of a Basic Life Support course
Competence of effective communication skills
Ability to communicate in both French and English
Portrayal of work dedication
Respect of work regulations based on Quebec legislation
Licensed Practical Nurses
Completion of an accredited licensed practical nurse program
Registration in the Ordre des Infirmières et Infirmiers Auxiliaires du Québec
Fulfillment of a Basic Life Support course
